The meeting was opened at 7:10 PM. Bob Botto gave a devotion about "Offense". He then reviewed the current staff positions. He announced that three staff members had resigned: Frank Frazar, David Hankins, and Logan Eckerman.

Jody Yeo reported that we were going to conduct the Discipleship I and II this next Saturday at Living Faith Church of God.

Clem Jankowski reported that he had been in contact with one church who wanted to start a Royal Ranger program.

There was some general discussion about the recent Regional Training Conference in San Antonio. The feedback was that the conference was very good. There was also some feedback about the Regional Ranger of the Year competition; it went well.

There was a review of the assignments for the upcoming Pinewood Derby which were as follows:

Kitchen and food – Molly Sosa

Registration – Lisa Frazar

Car Weigh-in – Mike Schubert and Billy Wallace

Shop area – Jody Yeo

Judging team – David Hankins

Emcee – Mike Schubert

Pit Stop activity for boys – Clem Jankowski
